Pustular Psoriasis

Pustular Psoriasis

Pustular psoriasis appears as raised bumps filled with non-infectious pus. This type of psoriasis affects less than 10% of patients. The skin under and around pustules is red and tender. The palms, soles, fingers, and nails are most affected. Affected areas become red, scaly, and painful with cracks forming. It is considered a pustular variant of psoriasis.
